Alexandria Jernberg, OD

Alexandria Jernberg, O.D. graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry.  She completed her internships at the Roseburg VA, Fort Washakie Indian Health Service, and PeaceHealth hospital. She started working at Pacific Clear Vision Institute in 2021.

Dr. Jernberg provides annual vision and medical exams to patients of all ages in Eugene and Cottage Grove. She values the importance of primary eye care to monitor the health of the entire eye and refer to specialists as needed.

While providing glasses and contact lens prescriptions she also focuses on a variety of medical conditions. Including but not limited to; glaucoma, macular degeneration, double vision, myopia control, and dry eyes.

Dr Jernberg is proud to be a part of offering Valeda Light Therapy Treatment (FDA approved 2024) for patients with macular degeneration. She also takes pride in helping patients achieve optimal vision after cataract surgery. One example of this is with light adjustable intraocular lenses. Dr Jernberg values talking with patients to determine each individual’s specific needs and tailoring the options to fit their lifestyle.
