Our Friendly Team
Everyone says they love their staff and we’re sure most mean it. Yet at PCVI, we understand that we wouldn’t still be here without our caring and dedicated staff. While you might not interact with one of our fine folks featured here, we thought you might like to get to know them a bit better by hearing from them directly.
Collette
Patient Educator
My journey at Pacific ClearVision started in 2004. Currently, I work in Patient Education, helping patients go through their many surgical options and decide which is the right one for them and their lifestyle. Not every patient is the same and each one should have the care and full explanations we would expect ourselves. Going through a patient’s options and providing them with choices gives me great joy.
Some of my favorite pastimes consist of hiking, walking, traveling, reading and spending time with my amazing friends and family.
Jill
Refractive Coordinator
I have worked at PCVI for over 5 years and am proud to be our refractive coordinator! I love helping guide patients through their Lasik journey – from scheduling their consultation to making them comfortable during the day of their procedure and following up with aftercare. I love coming to work and being able to help our patient’s vision be the best it can be.
The staff here at PCVI are amazing and have become like family. Working with everyone is such a joy and that makes coming to work every day a real pleasure. Outside of work I spend most of my time with family and friends. I have 4 children and they keep my husband and I very busy with sporting and theatre events to watch.

Melinda
Technician Supervisor
I’ve been fortunate to call PCVI home for over 20 years. Some of my duties include being the main scribe for Dr. Eric Niespodzany, assigning and assisting daily work tasks for technicians, and working closely with the other supervisors, Doctors, and administration staff to maximize production and clear communication between departments. I can proudly say that our practice’s main goal is to provide quality care to our patients as well as our staff.
In my downtime, my husband and I enjoy spending time with our children, grandchildren, and 3 dogs. We also love camping, hiking, and vacationing in Maui, Hawaii

I have worked in optometry and ophthalmology for over 25 years, the bulk of those years at PCVI. My job is to ensure we are accurately coding & billing our services appropriately. Jessica
Managing Director
I have been in healthcare for over 25 years and operations/HR management since 2014. I joined PCVI in the Spring of 2019 and have loved helping the clinic and staff grow and succeed. There is something about being able to help create an environment where patients and staff can be their best that makes me very happy. I enjoy the multiple aspects of this position and working closely with the best team of doctors and staff there is. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, often watching sports.
Katrina
Eugene Optician
I have been in the Optometry field for over 10 years. I love the fact that I get to now help our patients not only see clearer but also feel good about the way they look. Everyone deserves to be able to see with clarity and comfort. Giving our patients the self-confidence to see while driving down the road or reading their books makes me incredibly happy knowing that I helped them. I have always been drawn to people. Being in medicine I get to make, not only short-term relationships, but also long term relationships.
Personally, I am a single proud mom of two boys that have grown into two wonderful young men. I love the outdoors and am currently living my dream out in the country on 3 acres that I can call my own.
I have found there is always something changing and improving in eye care and I look forward to learning new techniques and procedures to provide the best care for our patients.

What drew you to medicine?
I have always wanted to help people and medicine brings many opportunities for me to do so.
What drew you to your specialty?
I’ve enjoyed working in almost all fields of Optometry but I have found my very favorite position as an Optician. As an Optician I can build a relationship with our patients. 0ur patients are my friends, and I will always go the extra mile to find the perfect eyewear for everyone.
